THE BEST!!! After buying our first home, my husband and I found out we needed a whole new AC outdoor unit and cased coil… We were freaking out. Nerthlings came out and not only looked at everything, but also took the time to explain the issues and have an in depth conversation about what we truly needed and what our concerns were. AC condensers and coils are expensive, but we are able to get a price that was more than fair. Within A WEEK, they had two guys at our house putting everything in! It didn’t even take the full day! Over a month later and we have had zero issues but have continued to get check ins from Nerthlings. They truly want the best for their customers and care more than most!

Our air conditioning quit working and the house was 80°. Nerthling's was able to send someone out almost immediately and get us serviced that day. Kind, courteous and super knowledgeable! Cameron was absolutely wonderful and got our system up and running for us. Would highly recommend him personally to anyone!

I am so pleased with the work Nerthling’s did for us! They were so quick to get an initial consultation set up for us and worked with us every step of the way! We needed to replace our furnace, AC, and some of our duct work and they showed us all the options, answered all our questions, and communicated with us through the whole process. The work they did was superb and they worked quickly and efficiently. Every single person I worked with was incredibly kind and professional! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

We had a new Lennox HVAC system installed last week and are beyond satisfied with both the product and the process. Nerthling’s responded immediately to our inquiry and scheduled us for a consultation within a couple of days. John was able to assess what we needed and made practical suggestions for the system that would best meet our needs. We never felt pressured and all options and associated costs were communicated clearly. We were able to purchase a top of the line unit for a reasonable price and were able to schedule installation quickly and around our schedules. Justin and Ryan installed the whole system last week in 2 days, including reworking quite a bit of antiquated/inefficient ductwork. But the swap out was seamless and we were never without heat. They were diligent and unobtrusive and left our basement cleaner than they found it. They then educated us on using the system and the new thermostat, as well as the warranty and service agreement. John has been in contact with us every step of the way and came for a final walk through yesterday. So far we have been thrilled with the system, which has handled the drastic up and down of the recent weather with ease. And

We were well taken care of by the team at Nerthling’s! We had an emergency when our gas furnace stopped working, dropping our house temperature quickly to the low 60s! They squeezed us in for a same-day emergency service, and Cameron was such a huge help! He diagnosed the issue, had the parts/tools ready, and quickly fixed the problem. We are very happy with his patience and professionalism!
